Required documents:
For amounts up to 1000 € *:
- Identity card/ passport or other identification certificate (e.g. ID for people serving in Security and Armed Forces)
- For residents of European Union Member States a copy of the certificate of European Union Citizens' registration is also required.
- For residents of countries outside the European Union a copy of Work and Residence Permit is also required.
For amounts higher than 1000 € *:
- Identity card/passport or other identification certificate (e.g. ID for people serving in Security and Armed Forces)
- Residence permit and work permit (foreigners).
- A copy of your tax statement for the latest fiscal year.
- A recent pay-slip (for salaried employees ).
During the assessment of customer’s credit profile, additional documents may be requested (e.g. utility bills) if customer’s profile can not be confirmed by other independent and trusted sources.

The payment of your installments can be serviced:
- At any Emporiki Bank branch before the installment dates.
- With a standing order from an Emporiki Bank account.
- At any Emporiki Bank ATM using the credit card issued up to 5 days before the installment date.
- At the bank of your choice through Dias Debit service.
- At the post office (ELTA) using the special quick pay slips up to 5 business days before the installment date.
