What is Credicom e-Services
For you that you want to control your accounts wherever you are, Credicom Consumer Finance has created a new electronic banking service. e-Sevices.
e-Services «transfer» the Bank on the screen of your computer through the Internet, with direct access to your bank accounts. Now you can perform your banking transactions 24 by 7, quickly, easily and safely. In our site www.credicom.gr , you select Click2Bank, you use your personal code and you’ll find the instructions for e-Services activation.
What you should know before applying?
- Your identity card or passport
- The most recent Notice of Assessment from the tax office (if you are self-employed, you will need the Notices for the past two years)
- The IBAN account number to which you would like your funds debited to should your loan application be approved
- Please be aware that if your application is submitted between 20.00 and 08.00 it will be processed the next day (with the exception of Sunday)

What happens after I submit my application online?
After submitting your application online, the following procedure is followed:
- Your personal information is verified
- Your financial status is verified
- A credit check is performed
Should your application be rejected, you will be notified by e-mail.
On approval of your application, the following steps are taken:
- You will be notified by phone as to the pre-approved amount of your loan.
- A meeting will be set up with one of our representatives in order to sign the application/contract and to submit hard copies of the required documentation.
- The data input on the online application will be verified against the original documents.
- The loan will be disbursed.
How may I use the loan money?
You may use the bank loan in any manner you wish. Credicom Consumer Finance provides you with cash immediately to your deposit account at the Bank you wish.
How can I pay my installments?
You can pay your installments:
- At any Emporiki Bank branch before the installment date.
- With a standing order from an Emporiki Bank account.
- At the post office (ELTA) using the special quick pay slips up to 5 business days before the installment date.
- In any Alpha Bank ATM using the credit card .
- At the bank of your choice through Dias Debit service ( Press here for a list of Diasdebit members ).
- Through e-Services at https:// eservices.credicom.gr, 24 by 7, using your deposit account at Emporiki Bank.
What is the annual percentage rate of charge?
For a loan of 12,000 Euro over a period of 60 months, the annual fixed interest rate is 10.5% (plus 0.6% for the Law 128/75 fee) and a one time only charge of 120 Euro. The annual percentage rate of charge (APRC) is 12.17%.
Where are the Credicom Consumer Finance branches located?
Credicom does not have a traditional network of branches. However, it is always nearby through multiple alternative networks and services including a comprehensive in-house telephone call centre, the internet and SMS. There are several ways to pay your instalments (at Emporiki branches, ATMs, standing orders from the bank account of your choice, the Hellenic Post Office, online payments, etc).
How can I set up a standing order ?
Instalments can be drawn automatically from your Emporiki Bank account. Please make your request in writing and attach a copy of the first page of your bank account book. The standing order will be set up within one business day! (Fax: 210-9396601)
How can I make a balloon payment?
You may make a balloon payment against the remaining balance on your loan at any time. Your payment may be effected at any Emporiki Bank branch. Please note that after each balloon payment you should call us to indicate whether the balloon payment should be used to decrease the duration of your loan or as an additional monthly instalment. After each balloon payment, you will receive a revised instalment schedule by e-mail.
May I pay off the loan before the end of the term?
Information regarding the amount required for the complete pay off of the loan may be acquired either through our 24-hour automated customer service or by speaking with one of our representatives. The funds should be deposited to your loan account at any Emporiki Bank branch. Please note that after each deposit you must call us to verify the full pay off of your loan. When paying off the capital owing on your loan early, you will save the interest owing.
Can I change the term of my loan?
The term of your loan may be extended. All you need to do is call us and request it! The reply to your request is provided quickly and is carried out at no extra cost to you!
What should I do after I pay back the loan of my car?
Once you have paid all loan instalment owing, please contact us and we will send you the following:
- The retention of title lifted document (in case your vehicle had the retention of title lifted). This document must be sent to the dealer who will in turn inform you of the steps which must be taken in order to have the retention of title lifted.
- A repayment document in case your vehicle did not have retention of title.
How can I change my mailing address?
You may change your mailing address by providing us with a utility bill with your name and new address on it or any other document indicating your name and new address.
How often will I receive a notice to pay my instalments?
If your loan is linked to a credit card you will receive a monthly statement. If no credit card is issued with your loan, you will receive a loan statement every three months.
In either case you may pay your instalment at any Emporiki Bank branch just by providing your account number.
Request your loan statement be sent to you by fax, e-mail or post by using our automatic service or by contacting one of our representatives!
When will I receive the contracts that I signed at the dealership for my consumer loan?
You will receive the original financing documents by post once your loan has been disbursed and before the date of your first instalment payment. These documents include the contracts signed at the dealership, a detailed instalment schedule including all the loan instalments and the insurance policy you have been enrolled to an insurance programme.
Is there an insurance product available which guarantees the payment of my loan instalments?
Emporiki Credicom, through
Emporiki Credicom Insurance Brokers recommends
Protection 4Χ4 which guarantees:
- Payment of your loan instalments in case of unemployment, short-term disability and loss of income due to hospitalization after an accident occur, and,
- Full payment of the outstanding balance of the loan in case of death or total permanent disability due to accident.
At the moment I am employed in the private sector but I will soon become a civil servant or a self-employed individual. Will anything change with my insurance policy?
Our insurance products are designed to cover our customers regardless of their profession.
Therefore, should the nature of your job change during the term of your loan, coverage relevant to your job is activated while other coverage may be rendered inactive. This procedure may be repeated each time your profession changes during the term of your loan.
I already have a personal insurance policy which covers the benefits offered by your insurance products. Why should I pay additional premiums?
Our insurance products work in conjunction with our customers loans and therefore they cover specific areas related to the loans. By adding an insurance policy you secure your loan and should a covered risk occur your loan will be paid in full or in part depending on the situation. You are concurrently entitled to compensation from your personal insurance which may cover your expenses for a stay in hospital or for surgery, depending on what benefits are covered by the policy.
Can I purchase two Credicom insurance products for the same loan?
You may purchase two products for the same loan provided that they do not cover the same risks. For example, if you have a life insurance product for illness or accident you may also have coverage for unemployment or hospital expenses and short-term disability due to accident at the same time.
Is my insurance cancelled if I pay off the loan?
As our insurance products are designed to cover Emporiki bank loans, the insurance is cancelled once the loan is paid back in full.
Naturally, unearned premiums are refunded to you based on the date the insurance is cancelled.
Do I pay the premiums to the insurance company?
The bank undertakes to pay the premiums to the insurance company on your behalf. You submit the premiums with your loan instalment and nothing further is required on your part.
What is my refunding procedure?
You may contact with the phone numbers of the Insurance Company, in order to inform for the risk occurred and as the case may be, highly skilled employees inform you for the refunding procedure.
The premium is paid by the Insurance Company directly to the bank, so as it doesn’t have any further claim from you.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
If your credit card is lost or stolen, you should immediately report this to Emporiki Credicom by calling 24 hours/day, 7 days/week to 801-11-96600 (from land lines – call is charged at the local rate throughout Greece) or 210-9396600 (from mobile phone or abroad).
We will cancel your credit card and send you a replacement should you wish so. Once Emporiki Credicom issues a new card, you’ll need to reestablish automatic bill payments with all standing orders with third parties.
How can I apply for Credicom Visa ?

How can I apply for a co brand Visa card issued in cooperation with automobile or furnishing/fashion companies ?
You may apply for a co brand credit card at our partners' locations. They will send the application electonically for evaluation.
How can I find out the status of my Credicom Visa application?
If you applied for Credicom Visa online, you can check your application status online, by clicking to

How will I receive my card?
You will receive your credit card by registered post, to the address provided to your application.
How long will it take to receive my card?
Provided that your application is approved, you’ll receive your credit card, along with a welcome letter explaining the features, benefits and details pertaining to the card, in 10-15 days.
How should I receive my Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.) ?
A few days after the issue and mailing of your card to the address you have indicated to Credicom Consumer Finance, we will sent by regular mail your P.I.N. number.
What is the valid period of my credit card?
Each card issued, either for the first time or a renewal, is valid for three (3) years.
Should I request the renewal of my credit card ?
Your card is automatically renewed few days before the expiry date of your previous card and it is sent to you by registered mail.
I would like to increase my credit card limit. What do I need to do ?
You can request a credit limit increase after the cmpletion of the first six months of the date you have issued your card.
For the evaluation, you should provide your recent tax statement followed with a signed request.
When should I pay my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will be issued monthly on a specific date and will be sent to you by regular mail. It must be paid (the minimum payment amount at least) until the due date, about 20 calendar days from the issue date.
What is IVR?
Interactive Voice Response system is an Automatic service with great possibilities of choices through the keyboard of your telephone device.
Interactive Voice Response system is a 24h Automatic Service of Credicom Consumer Finance, through which you have the capability by key stroking the number of your account to be informed about it, to be informed about the amount of the annual instalment of your loan, your last payment etc.
Also, through the Interactive Voice Response System of Credicom Consumer Finance, you have the possibility to report immediately the loss or the theft of your credit card.
