Establishment and Activities
Emporiki Rent was established in December 2000. The foundation of the company was the outcome of a strategic alliance of its shareholders, as well as their business venture to create a company with main target the long term rental of new or used private cars.
Emporiki Rent expanded its development perspectives through the networks and the long-standing collaborations in the car market of Credicom Consumer Finance Bank S.A., main shareholder of the company, thus holding on to the implementation of its development plan.
The merger of the two affiliate companies of the Bank, Emporiki Rent and Αntena Rent a Car on October, 2010 completed the integration of the two companies aiming to the creation of a strong and dynamically developing company in the field of long-term rental of new and used cars.
The new trade name of the company is “EMPORIKI RENT LONG TERM CAR RENTAL S.A.”, with the discreet title “EMPORIKI RENT S.A.”
The new company logo symbolizes the substantial incorporation of the company in the wider Group and the support of its business plan by Crédit Agricole, a leading force in Europe.
Emporiki Rent covers all car brands, provides a wide range of innovative and personalized products and services, through simple and prompt processes, whilst it co-operates exclusively with authorised service and body shops across the country.
