The merger of the two affiliate companies of Credicom Consumer Finance Bank, Emporiki Rent and Αntena Rent a Car on October, 2010 completed the integration of the two companies with the absorption of «Emporiki Car Rental Leasing Commercial S.A.» by “ANTENA CAR RENTAL S.A.” and the trade name change of the company to “EMPORIKI RENT LONG TERM CAR RENTAL S.A.”, discreet title “EMPORIKI RENT”.
